A. RENEW POLICY:

If you are coming under the RENEW window, you will be eligible for a 10% discount on Plan C-LE pricing.

* A user who has a pro plan which will expire within 60 days and till 7 days after expiry will come under the RENEW window.

How to avail renew price on Plan C-LE:
  1. Please login to www.marrow.com/pro/planc-le
  2. Post login, If you are eligible for renewing, you will be able to see the discounted amount auto-calculated as per the above condition mentioned. (NO COUPON application required)
  3. Please go ahead and purchase to avail the pricing.

B. EXTENSION of Plan Validity:

  1. The original validity of Plan C-LE will be 12+1 months
  2. You will be eligible to receive a Free Plan C extension if:
    1. The NEET-PG 2027 is delayed or postponed beyond first announced date
    2. An official notification regarding the postponement or delay is published by the authorized authority on the official website.
  3. The plan validity extension will be until the date of NEET PG 2027 or December 31, 2027 - whichever comes first.
  4. Marrow will not provide any plan extension if the student fails to appear for the exam.

C. PRO-RATA REFUND Policy:

Following are the criteria for a refund
  1. You have a valid rank in NEET PG 2026 (as and when the date is announced)
  2. You have been successfully allotted a PG Seat only through NEET PG 2026 and have the original admission receipt in hand. (Please note: DNB seats are NOT eligible in this policy). A clear intent to join a PG seat should be there.
  3. Admission Receipt: The official document issued by your college confirming fee payment for your allocated seat. It must clearly display the date of admission.
  4. You should have successfully purchased Plan C-LE in 2026 from the dedicated page: www.marrow.com/pro/planc-le

How to get the refund?

If you satisfy the above criteria, please email your College Admission Receipt Copy to support@marrowmed.com before March 30, 2027 with the subject line 'NEET PG 2026 Pro-Rata Refund'.

Please Note: Refund requests will not be entertained:

  • If counselling or seat confirmation is delayed beyond March 30, 2027
  • Any document provided is found to be invalid upon investigation

The refund will be processed on Pro-rata Basis once all 4 of the above criteria are satisfied and we receive the valid Admission Receipt over email.

Pro-rata basis means that the refund amount will be proportionate to the remaining duration of your plan validity, from the date mentioned in the admission receipt as proof of getting a seat. The date of start of plan CLE will be considered for the calculation of the pro-rata refund amount.
